Spacious apartment with double height ceilings. Located on the 3rd floor (2nd level). One of the two bedrooms has a mezzanine section.

Bedroom 1: Here we have one large king size bed.

Bedroom 0.5: This is situated on mezzanine section in bedroom 1 with one queen size bed.

Bedroom 2: Here we have one queen size bed plus two single bunk beds.

We also have two single mattresses so we can sleep a total of 10 people max.

The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven plus large double door fridge. Comfortable sitting room and dining area with cable smart TV. Terrace with sofa, BBQ and outdoor table for al fresco dining.

PLEASE NOTE THIS DOESN’T INCLUDE ELECTRICITY AND WATER. This is metered and charged at the end of your stay. We do this to keep the price for the apartment low. The usage really depends on the individual guest’s consumption. Some guests like to have A/C on all day and night and some guests prefer just a fan at night only. To give you an idea the consumption rates can vary on average between P400-P1500 per day.
